Shipping
The deliveries of the products are made in Greece through ELTA courier.
For orders to be sent abroad, shipments are made with registered mail through the National post service or the EMS service
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and have a minimum charge of €2.50 for orders delivered in Greece.
For all other countries shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order but there is no minimum charge and charges vary from country to country.
Shipping Time
Orders received until 12 p.m. will be shipped the same day for available products.
Greece: For Attica the delivery will be for the available products the next day (24 hours) and for the province in 48 hours.
In some rural areas with a relatively small population, ELTA couriers do not deliver the parcels to your home / office and you will have to pick them up from the local ELTA store. Using the ELTA code that we send you, you will be able to be informed about the progress of your shipment.

The company is not responsible for any delays or fees during customs clearance in your country (this refers to shipments outside the European Union).
Online Products Return
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement:
A) In cases where the wrong product or product of poor and defective quality was sent
(wrong order, wrong invoicing, wrong shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.) and
B) In cases where the product you bought did not work properly (quantitative or qualitative failure)
which is covered by the 90-day product warranty of ANALITHOS.
C) The customer has the option not to accept the receipt of the product. Also has the right after receiving, to return the product, within 20 days from the day of delivery. In this case the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product (according to IMEI) and be in excellent condition. In case they are not returned within 20 days then Cartridge World Greece SA may not accept any return and request for replacement.
In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Ap. Retail, etc.).

In A&B cases the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
- First must contact www.analithos.gr before returning to the Online Store
- The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.)

2. In case C you can change it within 20 days (with its complete packaging).
